Who we are

Angela Köhler and Alexander Ziegler founded AKAZIE in 2015 with the following goals:

• Support Alfred Wegener Institute in licensing the new method of caviar production 
• Help interested caviar producers and sturgeon farmers to design their caviar production accordingly, establish the new method in their farms, and train their staff
• Develop and sell new caviar products like cosmetics, food additives, and caviar, when available
